Impacked – Packaging Supplier raised $2.5 Million

Impacked, a New York-based B2B marketplace for packaging, has raised $2.5 million in seed funding.

TenOneTen Ventures led the round.

The funds will be used to recruit more primary packaging suppliers across North America and Europe, as well as to improve its existing sustainability scoring system.

Impacked Company Info:

Impacked is a B2B marketplace focused on primary packaging sourcing and accelerating the industry’s shift to more sustainable solutions, led by CEO Lisa-Marie Assenza and co-founder Natasha Trueman.

The company facilitates the connection and collaboration of brands and suppliers by providing tools for suppliers to streamline sales and marketing and instantly allowing brands to search, filter, sample, quote, and buy packaging — all in one place.

Impacked currently has over 2,000 buyers on its platform and lists industry leaders offering more sustainable solutions, such as Amcor, Bericap, Resilux USA, and Verity.

What kinds of packaging does Impacked provide?

Impacked provides primary packaging for consumer packaged goods (CPG), with a focus on beauty, personal care, household, and pet grooming applications.

The company offers a variety of packaging options, but each component is scored against a standardized set of sustainability criteria. It provides you with the information you need to make more environmentally friendly sourcing decisions.

Investors:

SpringTime Ventures, FJ Labs, 2048 Ventures, Quiet Capital, OneValley Ventures, and other strategic angels have contributed $3.3 million to the company to date.
